How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our current average delivery is 8-15 days business days. While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs processing or courier delays). If your order has not arrived within 21 business days, please contact us via the email hello@rundayready.com for assistance.
What happens after placing my order?
You will receive an order confirmation to your provided email address. Please check your junk mail if you have trouble finding it in your inbox.Â
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.
If your order is confirmed as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 7 days. While we cannot guarantee a replacement, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and explore alternative solutions.
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order with the subject line 'URGENT.' We will do our best to update the address before shipping. However, we cannot guarantee changes after this timeframe. We cannot offer any compensation if a package fails to be delivered due to 'insufficient address'.Â
How do I track my order?Â
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your products are shipped - Tracking can take between 2 – 4 days to update so please be patient.Â
Where will my package be shipped from?
We are a small business; however we partner with reliable logistics providers from around the world to ensure efficient shipping to multiple countries at an affordable rate. This allows us to provide our customers with a great price point.
What if my order gets lost or stolen?
Run Day Ready accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.
